great central spot for city strolling and park visits

I really enjoyed my stay with the modern rooms that were recently renovated and the convenient proximity to both Honor Heights Park, which is just over 2 km away, and The Castle of Muskogee, giving me easy access to various scenic and cultural experiences.

Breakfast was delicious! Internet was spotty during our stay, though.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a clean and modern atmosphere, along with attentive staff who ensured all my professional needs were met. The breakfast options included a variety of hot items and fresh fruit, making it easy to start my day. The business center was efficient, providing the necessary resources for my work duties, such as printing and high-speed internet access.

The air conditioning in my room was uncomfortable due to inconsistent temperatures.

The breakfast next morning was another highlight, especially thanks to LYDIA, who kept everything fresh and delicious. Sweet rolls were a treat. Room felt clean and modern, with comfy beds making for a great night’s sleep. On the downside, I noticed the WiFi was unreliable, and I felt a bit frustrated that I had to manage my own internet connection. Would have appreciated some advance warning about that. But overall, the hospitality from the staff definitely outweighed the tech issues. Great location and nice facilities, even if some areas could use a bit of maintenance to avoid hiccups during future stays.

My friends and I had an awesome time here! We explored the Roxy Theater and enjoyed the Azalea Festival, both just a short drive away. The indoor pool was a great place to relax after our adventures. The breakfast options were diverse, perfect for our group. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

However, there were some issues with the customer service regarding billing. It took a while to resolve an error that left a guest responsible for a room charge they shouldn’t have had to pay.

It was just an appropriate option for a short interlude in Muskogee with great value for the money. The staff was friendly and engaging, especially Lydia during breakfast, who made our mornings enjoyable. Be sure to check the pool availability before your stay.

Our family loved the spacious room with comfy beds and the great indoor pool. The staff went above and beyond in assisting us during our visit for a memorial service. Don’t miss the hearty breakfast, which had something for everyone!
